- The purpose of this research was to evaluate and to develop a theoretical model for a sustainable organisational culture within the South African Post Office (SAPO) RSA. The goal of this study research was to evaluate the organisational culture within the SA Post Office, to develop a theoretical model of the sustainable organisational culture through literature review and analysis of the respondents‟ survey questionnaires. In addition, the study sought to investigate the perceived success of organisational transformation for sustainable organisational culture by examining the key factors that are believed impact sustainable organisational culture. Based on the above, to determine how SAPO measures up to the requirements for a sustainable organisational culture. This study research provides useful insight into the factors that contribute to a sustainable organisational culture for the South African Post Office. This research looks into the current organisational culture at SAPO.
