- Description
- 'You should not praise this cow for you do not know it. It is hornless. It is the cow belonging to nong." 'Nong' is a generic term for any large bird but more specifically means 'Vulture'. This song also is sung when the bride-price is paid. It ends with a Maboko praise and the cries of the women. The praise was for Baitlutli, grand uncle of the present Chief and uncle of Ketshwerebothata, ex-Regent of Ramoutsa. Engagement song.
