- Description
- The paper presents the results of preliminary investigations at Birnam, in the Rhodes area of the eastern Cape Drakensberg, which may have important implications for palaeoenvironmental reconstructions in Southern Africa. A study has been undertaken on a sedimentary sequence exposed by fluvial incision on the outer bend of the River Bokspruit, at an altitude of 1850 m.
