- Description
- The HADEDA (Highly Adaptive Device Emitting Digitally-synthesised Audio) project implements a softwaredefined audio synthesiser with stored musical sequences and real-time synthesis controls, using the XMOS startKIT low-cost development platform. This paper describes the design and implementation of the project as a practical demonstration of XMOS technology. We also demonstrate the use of XC programming techniques and the xTIMEcomposer development tools to build and test a concurrent real-time embedded application easily.
