- Description
- The old Nguni fighting song calls out the men of the village to come and fight, having had the good wishes and blessing of the Isangoma, the woman diviner, assuring them of victory like the prophets of Baal in the Bible story "Go up and prosper." "Ayaye Eye! Come to the gate. There goes the diviner. Yes we hear! What kind of a thing is this and how have you heard it from the wife of a man. It is right, it is right, we agree. Regimental song.
