- Description
- "I have planted my seeds and if I reap six of them it will be enough." "Should anyone steal my crops I would be very hungry." This item was recorded by a group of Haya men who were working on the diamond mines near Shinyanga at Mwadui. Like several other Haya items it gives the impression of having strong affinity if not its origin with Arab music. Ngoma yawakazi dance song for women, with metal cylindrical laced drum.
