- The introduction of new technologies clearly denotes change management which should be properly managed to mitigate the risk change. When blended learning was introduced at Nelson Mandela University of Master's in Business Administration students, It was poorly received, creating a negative perception. Thus the poor reception of blended learning motivated this study.
