- The study sought to explore the feasibility of the South African Road Accident Fund(RAF) transitioning from traditional offline paper management system to a semi-paperless management system. the study was conducted with the RAF offices in the East London region. the researcher explored the benefits, risks and challenges inherent in business process automation. the literature study covered business process automation, service delivery in South Africa and other diverse related aspects. the population sample was drawn from departments within RAF offices in East London region. Primarily data was collected by means of semi-structured questionnaire, which was handed to participants. the study was guided by interpretivist paradigm and made use of qualitative research method.
