- Song for the Mhlanga ceremonies held by the young girls. This is the "reed" ceremony. The young girls go down to the rivers to cut reeds and this song is sung when they bring back the reeds to the village. "Whenever a girl fails in love, her young man is taken away to go to the war." The song was composed during the Second World War. Ceremonial Mhlanga song for reed ceremonies.
