- Description
- The Pango (Bango or Bangwe) is the instrument most commonly found throughout Nyasaland. Here the local dialect changes the more usual Bangwe to Pango and sometimes Pangwe. I was strummed with a swaying of the fingers. "Oh! the thighs of Beatrice. I could not sleep well last night." Self delectative song with board zither (Pango).
