- The ochestra was not in very good tune that year, several instruments being off pitch in one or two notes. The scale was: 496, 488, 448, 404, 368, 332, 300, 248 vs. This recording is not of high fidelity quality but merits inclusion in this series as comparative evidence of Chopi musicianship at the time (1949). Orchestral dance with 23 Timbila xylophones.
