- Description
- "We humbly implore rain, oh, may it rain! If it rains, we shall rejoice." The land belongs to the chief so they bring him the first fruits and a portion is returned to them of which they make beer and also bring some of it to the Chief. This song and others like it, are sung when they drink the beer themselves. This beer is drunk at the Chief's Kgotla. Rain song.
