- Description
- A song sung on engagement, when the woman is first brought to the man's home. Robert Golozera is the uncle of the present chief Njolomole. The man who is supposed to be singing this song, complains that a certain man came 'behind his back' and slept with his wife while he himself was in the village. In some devious way the theme of the song appears to be intended to be taken as a warning to wantons. Marriage song.
