When identifying the differences between the variables measured in the INTER test and the Dynamic Yo-Yo test, it was identified that there were many significant differences. Conclusions: Both the Dynamic Yo-Yo and the INTER test can be used by hockey coaches. However, the researcher would recommend the utilisation of the INTER test, because it displayed stronger, more significant correlations to match-play. The set-up of the INTER test is also more convenient as it can be conducted on the astro turf.
